Three Twenty-Eight Upscale Boutique was founded by college friends and roommates, Ashlyn and Austin. Ashlyn and Austin first had the idea of starting a boutique catered to plus-size women while attending Tuskegee University. Years later this idea has become a reality and expanded to become a boutique that caters to all women. Three Twenty-Eight Upscale Boutique provides women with an upscale shopping experience.
